Returns and right of withdrawal
You can return an item within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason.
How to return
Open the order under “My orders” and choose “Request return” within 14 days of delivery. Once we approve the request you receive a return label.
Condition
Send the item back in the condition you received it. Please pack it carefully; you are responsible for loss of value caused by handling beyond what is needed to inspect it.
Refund
After we receive and check the item we refund the amount paid by card to your original payment method. Amounts paid with a gift voucher are not paid out in cash.
Unique items
Because every item exists only once, we cannot send a replacement. If an item is not as described, tell us in your return request and we will make it right.
Statutory rights
These rules do not limit your statutory rights, including the legal right of withdrawal and warranty rights.
